ROOTED・The Retreat with Jessina O'Connell and Felicia Walker, invites you to sink into a deep sense of inner connection. Together, Jessina and Felicia, two advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga teachers from Munich and Berlin, guide you through a week in which we explore a different quality each day: Joy, Curiosity, Trust, Strength, Grace, and Stillness.
12.-19.09.2026
On Saturday the 12th of September we will start with a short practice to arrive and stretch out at around 5:00pm. The Retreat will start Sunday Morning after everyone has arrived.
We will close on Friday evening the 18th of September after our evening practices and our closing dinner. Saturday the 19th you are welcome to stay and enjoy the space until the journey home is calling.
During Rooted・the Retreat, we will practice Jivamukti Yoga asana classes, meditation, mantra, Yoga Nidra, restorative practices, workshops, and immersive sound experiences. Creating a space that leads you back to your inner roots.
The retreat is taught in English, unless all participants speak German.

Jessina:
Jessina discovered yoga as a child, practicing alongside her mother. After a few years away, her path led her back to the mat — and to Munich. She values the clarity and grounding that yoga brings and shares her love for the practice with warmth, passion, and a radiant smile.

Felicia:
Introduced to yoga by my mother at a young age, I grew up surrounded by mantra, Bhakti, Sivananda and Jivamukti Yoga teachings. At 15, I found my Yoga home in Jivamukti Yoga, a practice that continues to shape my life. My path has led me through many studies, travels, and teachings, sharing yoga, bhakti, and the love of the practice with students and new teachers alike.
